Nowhere FC is everywhere; what began as an idea to exalt the “beautiful game” with new artistic expression eventually turned into a by-appointment pop-up shop in the Lower East Side. Now it’s global and open-sourced, just as its founder, Diego Moscoso, intended.

“Today Nowhere FC is also about preservation. New York is not really a city for artists or small businesses anymore; now, you have to have a big business behind you to start a small one. The cost of living, never mind making art or doing commerce, is pricing people out. There’s a loss of diversity in innovation on the cultural level; the center of which used to be New York City. Creatives don’t have time to incubate here before they’re forced to make tough financial decisions. So we’re always looking to have a diverse recruitment for Nowhere in New York City, which is supposed to be where hungry new talent and ideas come to compete.”
